5000 Series Doors
Hope’s has the unique capability of fabricating specialty steel products in addition to our traditional hot-rolled steel window line. The 5000 Series products are manufactured from 12 gauge formed steel shapes. Windows can have several applications: acoustical, various levels of security, integrating with building construction and complementing our 5000 Series door product line. The 5000 Series doors offer increased size capabilities and hardware options as compared to hot-rolled steel doors. These doors are ideal for high traffic commercial and institutional applications.

Meets or exceeds air infiltration test criteria  in accordance with ASTM E283
Meets  or  exceeds water penetration test criteria  in accordance with ASTM E331
Meets or exceeds structural test in accordance with ASTM E330

Quality of e-coat/ top-coat combination finishing shall meets or exceed the following ASTM designations:  ASTM D714-paint blistering test,  ASTM D4585-humidity test, ASTM B117-salt spray (fog) test, ASTM D1654-painted products in corrosive environments test,  ASTM G85 –cyclic fog/dry test (prohesion), ASTM D5894-salt fog/UV  painted metal, ASTM D4541-paint blistering test
